SERVICE PRICING


 

All rates are priced competitively.  Partners for Success VAs rates range from $35 to $50 per hour based on the type of service provided. Rates are based on "per hour basis" not "per project".  Additional costs may arise in fulfilling contract and will be discussed with client throughout the project as necessary.  Rates are billed in 15 minute increments. 

 
Work can also be arranged on a retainer agreement.  Retainer agreements are offered in 5, 10, 15 and 20 hours per month. 
 
A 10% discount will be given to clients for retainer services of 10 hours or more per month.
 
Retainer services are prepaid and hours not used within the paid month may not be rolled over to the next month.  All prepaid services are non-refundable. 
 
Extra hours beyond contracted retainer, will be charged at the regular hourly rate.
     
 
TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

 

Clients are required to sign a work agreement that outlines the project details including due date before any project is started. A 50% deposit based on estimates will be required at the commencement of all agreed upon work.  NOTE:  Estimates are just that, estimates.  Project costs may exceed estimates and clients will be notified in a timely manner if costs exceed estimates.

 

Hourly rates are billed in quarter-hour increments on the 25th of each month, depending on the start date of the project. Invoices are provided by email or fax. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and may be paid by check, cashier's check, credit card or PayPal.  Checks returned will will be subject to $30 service charge.

 
Flexible office hours offered. 
     


ADDITIONAL FEES

 
There will be an additonal fee for rush assignments. 
 
Services that require additional charges include:
 
  • Client specific/requested software
  • Flyer Delivery
  • Postage and Express Mail
  • Travel time
  • Web site domain name and hosting fees
  • Web site research, maintenance and upkeep of site.

 

All additional fees will be discussed with client.

 

Referrals for new, signed clients will earn a 20% discount on services.
